WiNEisFOOD / Private & Corporate Experiences
POP-UP SOMMELIER IN TULSA
The sommelier comes to your table.
You don’t always need to go to a tasting room to have a meaningful wine experience. WiNEisFOOD brings the wine experience to you.
Sommelier Pablo Aguilar creates private, corporate and small-group wine experiences at homes, offices, businesses and selected venues throughout Tulsa and select Oklahoma locations.
With our mobile wine setup, the table can appear almost anywhere—subject to the location, event and availability.
Your home. Your office.
Your event. Your table.

WHAT IS A POP-UP SOMMELIER?
Think of it as a temporary wine experience created wherever people are already gathering. Instead of asking your guests to travel to a traditional wine venue, WiNEisFOOD brings the knowledge, hospitality and atmosphere of a sommelier-led tasting directly to your location.
The experience can be designed around wine tasting, food, conversation, discovery, hospitality and the people around the table.
Educational without feeling like a class.
Special without becoming formal.
Memorable without making wine complicated.

PRIVATE WINE TASTINGS AT HOME
Your house becomes the tasting room.
Hosting friends, family or a special dinner? A private sommelier-led wine tasting gives everyone something to discover together without requiring the host to spend the evening explaining bottles or managing the experience.
Experiences may be designed around:
- Private dinners with friends and family
- Birthdays and anniversaries
- Small celebrations and gatherings
- A wine region or food pairing theme
- Special bottles
- Collections guests want to share
Tell Pablo what you have in mind. Themes, format and availability are discussed for each occasion.
The purpose isn’t to drink more wine. It is to experience wine better—with food, in moderation and around people.
Don’t start with the wine. Start with the plate.
PLAN AN AT-HOME WINE TASTINGCORPORATE POP-UP WINE EXPERIENCES
Give people something worth talking about.
A corporate event doesn’t have to feel like another corporate event. A WiNEisFOOD pop-up wine experience can transform an office, meeting space or selected venue into a place where clients, colleagues and teams slow down, interact and discover something together.
Consider an experience for:
- Client and customer appreciation
- Employee appreciation and team connection
- Executive and leadership gatherings
- Corporate hospitality and client entertainment
- Company celebrations and business milestones
- Professional networking and relationship building
- Holiday gatherings and sales-team occasions
The shared format gives guests a subject to explore together, with room for questions and conversation. Discuss your audience and goals with Pablo to find an appropriate approach.
Wine creates the subject.
Hospitality creates the environment.
People create the experience.
MOBILE SOMMELIER. MOBILE WINE EXPERIENCE.
WiNEisFOOD can bring more than the sommelier. Selected experiences may use the existing Sprinter mobile wine lounge and wine cart, with refrigeration, glassware and service equipment appropriate to the gathering.
Your office. Your home. Your gallery. Your backyard. Your event space.
The next table can appear almost anywhere.
Availability and setup depend on the venue, location and event. Equipment, access, food plans and service arrangements are discussed before an experience is confirmed; the same setup is not promised for every location.

ASK ABOUT THE MOBILE EXPERIENCESOMMELIER-LED, NOT WINE-SNOB LED
Wine education should give people confidence—not make them feel tested. Pablo guides the conversation through four questions:
WHERE
Where does it come from?
HOW
How was it made?
WHEN & HOW
How should we experience it?
WHY
Why does it matter at this table?
These questions open the conversation to land, food, place, people, culture, craft, service and hospitality. Scores, vintages and labels can inform a conversation; they do not have to define the experience.

PABLO AGUILAR
Founder & Sommelier, WiNEisFOOD
Pablo has more than 25 years of experience across wine, restaurants, professional service, hospitality, education, events and editorial work.
His approach is grounded in a simple idea:
Wine belongs at the table.
Not above it. Not separate from food. Not as a competition.
At the table—with food, in moderation and among people.
MEET PABLO AGUILARFROM THE LAND TO YOUR TABLE
Wine starts somewhere long before the bottle arrives. Land. People. Agriculture. Craft. Service. And eventually—the table.
A WiNEisFOOD pop-up experience connects these pieces through approachable explanations and a social gathering. You do not need prior wine knowledge. You simply need a table and people willing to gather around it.
WiNEisFOOD is an independent media and publishing company. The same perspective runs through THE TABLE BOOK, our flagship editorial publication, and the stories we tell about wine, food, people and places.
