LIST YOUR CELLAR’S HIDDEN GEMS!

The Concept

A few times each month, WiNEisFOOD hosts limited‑seat Wine Exchange Nights. Guests and members bring special bottles from their own cellars to share, trade, and show off—rare treasures, once‑in‑a‑lifetime vintages, and beloved everyday favorites.

Spots are intentionally scarce, so every exchange feels personal, generous, and unforgettable. Wine was never meant to be a prisoner of the cellar. Many of the world’s most soulful bottles sit in dark rooms, waiting for a moment that never comes. The WiNEisFOOD Private Cellar Exchange is a curated service designed to bring those hidden treasures back to the table.

BRING A BOTTLE YOU'D BE PROUD TO POUR

How It Works

As your Private Sommelier Consultant, Pablo Aguilar works with collectors and enthusiasts to manage their personal inventories. We facilitate private, invitation-only gatherings where members can share, trade, or rehome rare and collectible bottles from their personal collections.

Apply & Reserve
Seats are limited. Request a spot for the next Wine Exchange Night; if accepted, you’ll receive the theme and bottle guidelines.

Bring a Bottle & a Story
Arrive with one special bottle to share—something you love, are curious about, or can’t wait to brag about. We handle glassware, food pairings, and hosting.

Taste, Trade, and Connect
Throughout the night, we pour, taste, and discuss each bottle. Guests may exchange bottles by mutual agreement, guided by respect and generosity.

THE TRUTH OF WINE IS IN THE SHARING OF WINE!

The Experience

Whether hosted in a private residence or an exclusive venue, these events are themed around the very bottles you own.

      • Taste & Evaluate: Professional guidance on the “peak” of your collection.

      • Trade & Share: A community-driven way to refresh your cellar by exchanging with fellow members.

      • Themed Dinners: We design the menu around the inventory, ensuring every bottle finds its perfect food companion.
