EXCELLENCE IN EXCESS – WINE BLOG
This blog brings you excellent teachings based on the notion that excellence in excess is not excessive. Every week I’ll bring you a thought-provoking opinion, comment, interview, or full blown case study about wine and wine service. My hope is to promote and celebrate excellence + those who pursue it. This blog is for those who make wine, serve wine, drink wine, (and eat wine).

My love for cooking and serving is the best way I can show my love for others. More specifically, preparing and serving food is my love language or how i express my love for others.  We are creatures programmed to share.

Sharing food is the most intimate act we can perform with our clothes on.  It’s authentic and primal. No great relationship can ever begin until you’ve taken food from the same dish. Sharing food is natural and absolutely intimate. There is something very emotional about eating food together that goes far beyond simply getting nourishment

Our very existence has depended on communal food. We subconsciously know the power of food.

FAMILY SHARING

my favorite friends and closest friends are the one I bond with over food.

EATING well is an act of self love which has physical, emotional and spiritual implications.

Human are the only ones, who gather around the table. Dinner.

Food is considered an important way to show affection.

OUR FAMILY TABLE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PLACE IN OUR HOME AND IN OUR SOCIETY. THE TABLE IS OUR BEST CHANCE TO SAFE THE AMERICAN FAMILY.

Having dinner and gathering around the table with our family gives us the opportunity as parents to get our kids unplugged from all the electronic devices and world.
